Melt together until smooth.

1. Make the batter
- In a large bowl, sift together:

- sugar
- salt
- In another bowl, whisk:
- eggs
- milk
- vanilla extract
- melted butter
- Slowly add wet mixture into dry ingredients while whisking.
- Mix until smooth and lump-free.

2. Heat the pan
